3R round JEM dowel

The JEM round 3R nozzle is a professional stainless steel tool, perfect for neat and versatile decoration.

With a 16mm outlet diameter, it can be used to pipe buttercream, whipped cream, meringue, ganache or even choux pastry. This tip fits into all standard piping bags, disposable or reusable, and is suitable for both experienced amateurs and professional pastry chefs. You can create lines and dots with it.

Description 3R round JEM dowel

Directions for use:

  • Insert the nozzle into a suitable bag (with adapter for reusable bags ).
  • Choose a ready-to-use cream that is firm enough for a defined result.
  • Hold the nozzle perpendicular to the surface, press gently to form clean lines or dots.
  • After use, clean it with lukewarm water.
