JEM 31 closed star socket

The JEM #31 tip is more commonly referred to as a closed star tip. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, allowing it to create professional pastry decorations.

Directions for use:

  • Insert the nozzle into a suitable piping bag. Add an adapter if necessary.
  • Use a cream that is firm enough to maintain the desired shape.
  • Hold the nozzle perpendicular to the surface, press gently then lift for each pattern.
  • Clean immediately after use with warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly to preserve the stainless steel.
