Vanilla butter cream mix 300 gr
300g bag of Silkytop Vanilla flavored buttercream mix.
This cream can be used in both traditional baking and cake design. It is suitable for filling cakes covered with sugar paste .
It will be useful for topping cupcakes but also for filling cakes, logs or making petits fours and desserts.
Apply the buttercream using a piping bag and let your imagination run wild!

Description Vanilla butter cream mix 300 gr
300 grams of buttercream mix makes the topping for approximately 24 cupcakes.
1) For a soft and light buttercream:
Place 150g of powder, 150g of milk (or 150g of water) and 180g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl. Mix for 1 minute at low speed.
Beat for 5/7 minutes at maximum speed.
2) For a denser consistency:
Place 210g of powder, 90g of milk (or water) and 180g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl.
Mix for 1 minute at low speed.
Beat for 5/7 minutes at maximum speed.

Sucre, sirop de glucose, huile végétale entièrement
hydrogénée (huile végétale de palme, huile végétale de palme entièrement
