4. Directions for use

  • Effortless detachment : Freeze the disc (still in its packaging) for 2 to 3 minutes to facilitate detachment.

  • Optimized application : lightly moisten the surface (dry icing, sugar paste) with a fine brush; remove the protective film and apply from the center outwards.

  • Finishing : Let the cake sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours for better adhesion.

  • Storage : Keep the disc in a dry, dark, non-humid place, ideally in a cupboard, to preserve its colour and texture for up to 6 months after receipt.
