1. Place the backing sheet with the sugar prints in its plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if necessary, to create a thermal shock.

2. Remove the plastic wrap and roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table or work surface to detach the edible parts.

3. If you want to place these strips on a cake covered with fondant, very lightly dampen the area where they will be placed. Never dampen the sugar sheets directly. Place them on the cake approximately 2 to 3 hours before serving. If you want to place them on a cake covered with buttercream frosting, place them only 10 minutes beforehand to avoid damaging them.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to detach the edible prints from their backing, as this may damage them.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To prevent the decoration from melting, it is recommended to apply it to a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or marzipan.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store for up to 6 months after receipt in a cupboard, in a dry place away from light and humidity. Do not refrigerate.
