Customisable edible floral photo 24cm

1. Place the backing sheet with the sugar disc in its plastic wrapper in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes. The goal is to create a thermal shock.

2. Using a brush and water, lightly dampen the top of the cake where you will place the edible photo.

3. Remove the plastic wrapper. Then roll the sheet along the edge of a table or work surface to detach the edible part.

4. Place the sugar disc on the cake 2 to 3 hours before serving.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to detach the edible image from its backing. You risk damaging it.

TIP FOR USE: To prevent the photo from melting, place it on a smooth, dry surface (sugar paste or marzipan).

STORAGE ADVICE: The cake photo should be stored in a dry place, at room temperature, away from light. Ideally in a cupboard.
