Unicorn silicone mold from the Decora brand, Decorflex range.

This mold made of premium quality silicone will allow you to make pastries in the unicorn style. 3 designs are possible: unicorn head, diamond and rainbow. The pastries you create can be decorated with colorful sprinkles .

The mold includes a total of 6 cavities measuring : for the Rainbow 4.8 x 9.2 x 2.5 h cm. For the Unicorn 6 x 8.3 x 2.5 h cm. For the Diamond 7.2 x 6.3 x 2.5 h cm.

Completely suitable for food contact, this mold withstands temperatures ranging from -40° to +230°.

Tips for using the Decora silicone unicorn mold.

Before and after each use, wash the mold in warm water with a little soap and a non-abrasive sponge. The dishwasher is not recommended because it can remove the non-stick coating from the mold.

This mold can be used for your frozen or oven recipes because it withstands temperatures ranging from -40° to +230°.

Simply pour the mixture into each of the cavities and once ready, unmold them onto a cooling rack.

Then decorate your individual pastries with velvet sprays or icing sugar.
