This coconut spread from ScrapCooking is a delicious, ready-made filling for your cakes. With a coconut flavor, it's specially made for filling your desserts, or simply for spreading.

Its smooth texture makes it easy to spread on your crepes, pancakes, or brioches. If you add it to your cake batters, they will have a delicious coconut flavor.

You can also simply spread a uniform layer of coconut paste between each sponge cake layer for your layer cakes. Or create inserts in your entremets. It pairs well with exotic flavors, such as mango or passion fruit.

You can easily make homemade snacks with this coconut spread. Add some between two layers of melted and hardened chocolate to make homemade snack bars. They'll be just like Bounty bars!

Once opened, keep your spread in the refrigerator for a maximum of 15 days.
