Description Hinged heart mold

Directions for use :

- Grease the mold using a release spray or simply butter. Optionally, add a layer of baking paper for even easier unmolding.

- Optionally, you can sprinkle lightly with flour or cocoa after greasing.

- Once baked, let the cake cool to room temperature before opening the hinge. This prevents it from breaking or collapsing.

- To unmold, run a thin blade or spatula around the edge.
