Using the Sugar Paste Texture Tools.

Before and after using this texture tool we recommend washing them with lukewarm water and by hand.

Roll out the sugar paste thinly and place the cookie cutter on the dough to cut out the shape. On a shortbread biscuit, place the sugar paste and use one of the texture tools to create hollows on the dough.

Then decorate as you like, you can highlight the hollows with gold food coloring .
