Mix of white sugar pearls 900g

Azucren's white sugar pearl mix is an assortment of pearly pearls in 1.5mm, 4mm and 7mm sizes.

They are specially designed to give your pastry creations an elegant finish. Your cakes, cupcakes, entremets or tiered cakes will be beautifully decorated with these sugar pearls.

They are easy to apply to the surface of your desserts: buttercream, royal icing, or fondant. They add a textured and luminous effect to your pastries, instantly giving them a luxurious, glossy look. They are perfect for decorating wedding cakes, Communion cakes , or Baptism cakes.

Packaged in large format, these edible decorations are especially suited to pastry chefs who need to produce several pieces in large quantities.

Description Mix of white sugar pearls 900g

Instructions for use :

  • Scatter the white sugar pearls over your cakes, or create a structured wreath around them. It all depends on the desired final look.
  • Use these beads as decoration on a mermaid birthday cake , to evoke the pearly beads of seashells.
  • Sprinkle the pearls directly onto a slightly damp surface (cream, ganache) so that they adhere well.
