Get perfect whipped cream every time with Puratos Chantypak whipping cream .

Ready to use, this plant-based cream is specially designed for decorating your pastries. It offers a light, airy, and stable texture, highly appreciated by both professionals and amateurs.

It can be used in a wide variety of creations: decorating number cakes, filling cream puffs, puff pastry, or tarts. Beyond replacing whipped cream with a less fatty alternative, it can also be used in ice cream.

Chantypak cream can even be mixed with fruit puree or jams, for desserts suitable for vegetarians.

- Chill the Chantypak cream mix to 5-8°C.

- Then, whip it with an electric mixer until you obtain a smooth, white, and firm cream (even if it is not chilled immediately).

- This product can be frozen and thawed without any problems.

- As long as it remains unopened, it can be stored for several months at room temperature (20°C).

Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, milk proteins, stabilizers (sorbitol syrup (E420ii), hydroxypropylcellulose (E463)), emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472b), soy lecithin (E322), sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481)), salt, flavorings (natural), color (beta-carotene (E160(i)).
