Directions for use

  • Cake temperature : Apply tips only to a thoroughly cooled cake to prevent the chocolate from slipping or softening.

  • Handling : Hold the tips by the edges to avoid marking the pattern.

  • Fixing : if the cake is very smooth, add a light dot of cream or ganache under each end to anchor them well.

  • Last-minute installation : insert the tips just before serving.

  • Storage : Store unused tips in an airtight bag, away from moisture and heat to preserve their texture and shine.
