To create a perfect trompe-l'oeil effect, we recommend covering your dessert with a brilliantly shiny brown mirror glaze.

Description Cocoa trompe l'oeil mould

Instructions for use:

  • To make a layered dessert, pour a first layer of mousse and add an insert. Then finish with the remaining mousse and your biscuit cut to the correct shape.
  • Place in the freezer before unmolding to obtain sharp edges and a well-defined 3D result.
  • Remove from the mould by gently separating the silicone mold, without pulling on the piece.
  • Clean with warm water (or dishwasher) and avoid sharp objects to preserve the coating.
