Made from food-grade platinum silicone, the eclipse mould withstands a wide temperature range, from -60°C up to +230°C. This gives you the possibility to prepare either frozen desserts or baked cakes. Silikomart has made the perfect mold for pastry chefs and eager amateurs. Now, you can create professional-quality treats. This one allows you to make desserts such as mousses, bavarois, iced cakes or even cheesecakes. Description silikomart silicone mould eclipse 1000

Directions for use:

  • Despite the non-stick features of this silicone mould, we suggest using a greasing spray for high-fat recipes.
  • To unmold, turn the eclipse mould over and apply light pressure to the edges.
  • Wash the latter in warm soapy water, without abrasives so as not to damage the silicone.
