Discover FunCakes Black Almond Paste 250g , a must-have to enhance your cake designs.

This almond paste is made with 20% almonds, offering a balance between sugar and almond flavor that is much appreciated.

Thanks to its flexibility and suppleness , it is easy to handle and spread without difficulty using a rolling pin. To cover a round cake 24 to 26 cm in diameter or a square cake 20 cm on each side, it is recommended to use approximately 500 g of almond paste, or two 250 g loaves.

Its intense black color is ideal for various themes such as Halloween , glamorous parties or cakes inspired by the space universe.

Before using, knead the almond paste well to make it even more malleable. To make rolling easier, lightly dust your work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar.

This almond paste is certified Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free, thus suitable for various dietary preferences.
