Description Ready-to-use milk chocolate rocher icing

  • Directions for use :
    • Open the jar and heat the icing in the microwave for about 30 seconds on medium power or in a bain-marie for 5 minutes, without exceeding.
    • Stir well to homogenize before use, especially in case of normal product separation.
    • Pour over a very cold cake or log so that the icing adheres properly.
    • Tap lightly to remove air bubbles and achieve a uniform texture.
    • Let it set in the refrigerator.
    • After opening, keep tightly closed and away from heat and humidity. Use within the recommended 15 days.
    • This icing can be reheated a maximum of 2 times in the microwave.
