This ready-to-use neutral mirror glaze allows you to enhance your desserts, whatever they may be.

Frozen desserts, Yule logs , Bavarian creams, or fruit tarts will take on a whole new look. This transparent mirror glaze will highlight your most beautiful pastry creations. With this glaze, you can glaze a Yule log 25 to 30 cm long, or approximately 6 individual desserts .

It's ideal for finishing your dome or sphere cakes, giving them a beautiful, glossy shine. Thanks to its neutral color, you can personalize it by adding food coloring .

This mirror glaze mix is easy to use. Simply add water, heat, and mix to create a neutral mirror glaze worthy of a professional pastry chef!

Description ScrapCooking neutral mirror glaze

Instructions for use :

  • Make sure your mirror glaze reaches 35°C during baking before pouring it onto your cakes. Use a cooking thermometer to do this.
  • Place your dessert on a wire rack to glaze it. If it's a dome, start by pouring from the center outwards.
  • After some time, you will be able to move your pastry creation to a presentation stand .
