Funcakes shortbread cookie mix

The FunCakes Biscuit Mix, available in 500g or 1kg, is your ally for making homemade biscuits with a crunchy texture and a smooth surface, ideal for decorating with royal icing or sugar paste.

This mix is also versatile and can be used to make crispy pie bases, such as apple pies or fruit tarts.

This easy preparation is also often used for making number cakes coupled with enchanted cream .

1 500g bag is intended for approximately 25 medium-sized biscuits.

Tous les ingrédients doivent être à température ambiante.

Mélangez 500 g de mix, 150 g de beurre et 1 oeuf (50 g).

Laissez épaissir pendant 1 heure dans le réfrigérateur.

Préchauffez le four à 180°C (four à chaleur tournante 160°C).

Étalez la pâte sur un plan enfariné (3 mm couche) et confectionnez les biscuits à l'aide d'emporte-pièces

Dorer les biscuits pendant 12 minutes dans le milieu du four.

Laissez-les ensuite refroidir et décorez-les selon votre goût.

Avec 500 gr de mix vous pourrez réaliser environ 25 biscuits de 7-10 cm, selon l’épaisseur et la forme.

farine de blé, sucre, dextrose, sirop de glucose déshydraté, agents levants : E450, E500, arôme (lait). Pour les allergènes, voir les ingrédients en caractères gras. Ce produit est certifié Halal. 

Peut contenir des traces de : œuf, soja, lupin.
