Designed in collaboration with pastry chef Emmanuele Forcone, it accurately reproduces the details of a wooden log. It allows you to create modern entremets, perfect for display in a shop window or for catering buffets.

Made from professional-grade platinum silicone, this Foresta mould is suitable for making 12 easy-to-unmold mini cakes. Suitable for both freezer and oven use (from -40°C to +250°C), you can use it to create frozen desserts or baked cakes.

It's ideal for making individual chocolate pastries, which everyone loves!

Given its realistic finish, you can decorate your creations simply. They will still be impressive, even with just a velvet spray or cocoa powder on top, for example.
