This versatile cookie stencil adapts to several decorating techniques. Simply place the stencil directly onto a cookie covered in sugar paste with a thin layer of royal icing. Technique 1:

1) Place your stencil on top of the cookie.

2) Apply a thin layer of royal icing and use a scraper to remove the excess.

3) Remove the stencil by lifting it upwards.

4) Let the cookie dry.

Technique 2:

1) Roll out a layer of fondant approximately 10 mm thick. Place the stencil on top and roll it up in one smooth motion, applying firm pressure.

2) Dust with your chosen polish or use edible paint.

3) Remove the disco ball stencil.

4) Using a round cookie cutter, cut out the shape and place it on your cookie.

Note: This stencil must be washed in warm, soapy water and not in the dishwasher.
