Liquid glucose 325 gr PME
PME Liquid Glucose is a colorless gel with a slightly sweet taste. Glucose can be used in the manufacture of your sugar pastes in particular.
It can also be used as an ingredient to soften your icings and prevent them from becoming too firm.
This product is also used in the making of certain confectionery, such as nougat, in the making of ice cream, for working with frozen sugar and for many other recipes and creations.
Kosher certified (certificate available in the "certification" tab) and vegan, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The 325 g jar from the PME brand contains ready-to-use liquid glucose.
