Instructions for use:

- This silikomart mould is non-stick, so you do not need to grease it before use.

- Place it on a baking plate before assembling your entremet. This will make it easier to handle the filled mould.

- You can accentuate just the spiral by filling the groove with a mirror glaze, melted chocolate or a fruit coulis.

- Or, more simply, apply a velvet spray which will immediately give your dessert a high-end look.
