Directions for use

  • Prepare the support : make sure that the surface of the log is stable and cold (frozen icing, compact cream) before placing the tips.

  • Delicate installation : handle the tips from the sides to avoid altering the patterns, then insert them gently using light pressure.

  • Soft hold : If the surface is too smooth, apply a dot of cream, ganache or food gel to the base of the tip to ensure good adhesion.

  • Adding time : Place the tips just before serving to keep them sharp and prevent moisture from softening them.

  • Storage : Store unused tips in their packaging, at a cool temperature (ideally < 16-20°C), away from humidity and light, to preserve their structure and shine.
