1/ Place the baking sheet with the edible print in plastic wrap. Freeze it for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if needed, to create a thermal shock.

2/ Using a brush and water, lightly moisten the part of the cake that will receive the edible image.

3/ Remove the plastic wrap. Then, roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table or work surface. This will help you peel off the edible part.

4/ Put the edible image on the cake 2 to 3 hours before serving.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object. These items should not be used to peel the edible print from its backing. Using these items may damage the pictures.

TIPS: To prevent the image from melting, it is recommended to apply it to a smooth, dry surface such as fondant or marzipan.
