Description Caramel Saracino Supreme flavoring paste

Tips for using supreme caramel paste.

Due to the characteristics and authenticity of the raw materials used in this product, there may be some oily separation with the material. Shake before use.

To flavor your mousses, ice creams, parfaits and bavarois, mix 100g of flavoring paste in a liter of cream/milk.

To flavor your cakes, use 120g of flavoring paste for 1kg of cake batter.

You can also use it with food coloring to add color to your dessert.
