White food coloring in gel 100 gr

White food coloring without e171 from the Decora brand.

This coloring will allow you to bring whiteness to your cake preparations, your icings, creams and other pastry preparations, it is however incompatible with fat-based preparations.

Ideal if you have a very white cake design theme to create, like a wedding cake for example. The buttercream may have some pale or dark reflections, with this white food coloring you will obtain a dazzling white cream.

To optimize the mixing of this white coloring add a few drops to your preparation and mix, check the color, if the preparation is not yet white enough add white coloring.

This product is without titanium dioxide or E171
