Here are the most common techniques for using these two products:

- Place the cookie under your cake stencil. Apply a thin layer of royal icing and remove the excess with a scraper. Lift it off by carefully lifting it upwards. Let the cookie dry before enjoying.

- Using a rolling pin, roll out a layer of sugar paste approximately 10 mm thick. Place your jack-o'-lantern stencil on the fondant and roll it in one smooth motion, applying firm, even pressure. Dust with your chosen food colouring or edible paint before removing the stencil. Cut out your cookie with a round cookie cutter.

Do not wash your stencil in the dishwasher!
