The Silikomart Midi mould for 9 mini yule log cakes is a high-quality, food-grade platinum silicone mold ideal for preparing your Christmas desserts. Withstanding temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C, it is completely oven, microwave, and freezer safe for making baked or frozen desserts.

Made up of 9 cavities measuring 84×32×35mm each, it allows you to make elegant mini-logs that you can display in a window, sell in individual portions or even give to your hosts.

With these mini yule log moulds, you can work with log inserts, marble your mousses or sponge cakes, apply mirror glazes, or even create velvet spray type decorations.

Description Moule mini bûches Silikomart - 9 buchettes

Directions for use:

  • To avoid bubbles, fill each cavity of the silicone mould then tap it gently on your work surface.
  • Let your preparation cool or freeze completely (hot or cold), before removing the individual mini-logs from the mold.
  • For a clean finish, finish with a mirror glaze, a velvet spray or a shiny topping, depending on your taste.
  • Wash in warm water with a mild soap before and after each use. Store the Midi mould flat to preserve its shape.
