Sold in a 400g bag, this FunCakes mix makes 24 to 30 soft, gluten-free madeleines. They're perfect to enjoy with coffee after a meal, or as a snack at a birthday party.

These madeleines are easy to make and also ideal for personalization. Pastry chefs and cake designers can decorate them in various ways to present them as individual desserts in their display cases.

A handy mix for making pretty decorated madeleines

With this gluten-free madeleine mix, you only need a few baking ingredients to prepare your cakes. However, by adding just one or two extra ingredients, you can create truly original treats!

For example, pour melted dark or milk chocolate into a madeleine mold, then bake the madeleines on top. Let it set, and you'll have madeleines with a chocolate coating.

You can also add gel food coloring to your madeleine mix to give them the color you want! This option is especially great for birthdays or themed events. Pink madeleines for Valentine's Day or green ones for Christmas...

To use the complete mix, add:
