Directions for use for Saracino pistachio mirror glaze 350gr.

Heat to about 35/40° in a saucepan, place your cake on a pastry wheel and pour the royal icing over the cake. Once it is completely covered, place it in the freezer to set completely.

Store the jar in a cool, dry place away from light.
