Replace approximately 200g of butter with 1 tablespoon of Crisco vegetable shortening.

This product is intended for baking use only. It must be mixed into your cake batter and should not be used as a spread.

Always monitor the cooking of this product. It can catch fire if overheated. Heat carefully, uncovered, over medium heat. Reduce the heat if you see smoke.

If it does catch fire:

- Turn off the gas.

- Cover your cooking dish (saucepan, frying pan) until it cools to room temperature. Do not move it until it has cooled completely!

- DO NOT ADD WATER. The fire must be smothered.
