The PME Loose Bottom Cake Pan Kit includes three heavy-duty round aluminum pans with removable bottoms.

As they easily fit together, they save space and are easy to transport. Perfect for making cheesecakes, sponge cakes, mousses, or quiches, they ensure flawless removal from the mold without aggressive cutting, preserving the cake's structure.
