1/ Place the backing sheet with the sugar print in its plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if necessary, to create a thermal shock.

2/ Remove the plastic wrap and roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table or work surface to detach the edible part.

3/ If you want to place this edible print on a cake covered with fondant, very lightly dampen the area where it will be placed. Never dampen the edible photo directly. Place it on the cake approximately 2 to 3 hours before serving. If you want to place it on a cake covered with buttercream frosting, place it only 10 minutes beforehand to avoid damaging it.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to detach the edible print from its backing, as this may damage it.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To prevent the photo from melting, it is recommended to apply it to a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or marzipan.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store for a maximum of 4 to 6 months in a cupboard, in a dry place away from light and humidity. Do not refrigerate the edible photo.
