North Pole Silikomart Mold Kit

Make an exceptional Christmas log thanks to this log mold kit: the North Pole Silikomart!

This kit contains two utensils : the silicone mold which is divided into two parts, which can be used in the oven or for frozen preparations . As well as a hard plastic frame which is only to be used with your frozen preparations (so it is not oven-safe).

The kit measures 210mm long x 87mm high and 80mm wide, for a total volume of 940ml.

The silicone of the mold is of platinum quality, a guarantee of quality of the Silikomart brand, and is resistant from -60 to + 230°C.

Tips and use of the North Pole Silkomart log mold:

Before each use, run your silicone mold under water to clean any traces of mold or dirt, even if it is new.

No need to grease or line your silicone log mold, it is non-stick.

For cooking, your log mold can withstand temperatures of +230°C. If your mold is a kit, be careful not to heat the plastic container.

To unmold , it is very easy. Wait for your preparation to cool, peel off the edges of the silicone mold and apply pressure to the bottom of the mold to remove the cake from the top of the log mold. Proceed with tact so that the log does not break.

Decorate your Yule log with edible or non-edible decorations, or make icing!

After use, clean with a smooth sponge and a little soap or put it in the dishwasher.
