When you open the jar, feel free to mix it to homogenize its texture.

Instructions for use:

  • Have fun creating pretty little pistachio paste designs on your desserts using a fine piping bag.
  • Use a piping bag to make a molten pistachio center in your muffins.
  • You can also alternate layers of sponge cake and layers of pistachio spread to make your layer cakes.
  • If you use pistachio paste as a filling for your magnum cakes, feel free to add pieces of pistachio. This will add a crunchy texture.
