Description Caselle Whipped Cream Mix

Create stunning toppings with Caselle vegetable fat-based whipping cream.

This is a cream mix that whips easily. It can increase in volume up to 3.5 times, and holds its shape very well once whipped.

Originally designed to save you time, you'll quickly be won over by its light and airy texture. It's the ideal baking ingredient for making your toppings!

Practical above all, Caselle whipped cream can be frozen and thawed.

It's also very versatile. It can indeed replace whipped cream. But you can also easily pipe it to create cake decorations.

It is perfectly possible to personalize it with food coloring, so that it coordinates with your cake design.

- Chill the product for 24 hours at approximately 2-5°C before use.

- The product temperature must not exceed +5°C.

- Pour the whipping cream into a chilled bowl, filling it no more than a quarter full.

- Whip at medium speed, then increase to high speed.

- The product is ready to use when the mixture is still smooth and glossy.

Caution: Caselle cream whips up quickly. Over-whipping may cause cracks in the product.

Once opened, refrigerate at 2-5°C maximum and consume within 3 days.
