Yule log moulds and classic moulds

Whether made of stainless steel or silicone, our moulds allow you to create a classic Christmas log. Prepare, for example, a hazelnut praline mousse with a rich filling and a crisp biscuit base. You can then place it on a pastry rack to cover it with a chocolate or crunchy glaze.

You can also choose a mould with modern curves or geometric shapes. While maintaining the cylindrical shape of the Yule log, they offer a slightly different alternative.

Our moulds for an original Christmas log

Most of our yule log moulds have contemporary designs, allowing you to create a stunning Christmas dessert. Even if you're a beginner in baking!

Indeed, we have a variety of shapes: a snowy village, an igloo, a snowman, Santa's sleigh, or even the Nutcracker. All of them help you easily make your Christmas log.

Made from food-grade silicone, these moulds faithfully reproduce their embossed details once your creation is unmoulded. They are therefore particularly well-suited for making mousse entremets or frozen desserts, as they are designed to withstand high temperatures. Depending on the model, they can be frozen down to -60°C without any problem.

You'll also find mini Yule log moulds, perfect for serving as a plated dessert or individual portions on a catering buffet. Most are fairly classic, but we also have some very pretty ones shaped like mountains!

Our insert moulds

While not exclusively for this type of dessert, our insert moulds are essential for adding a delicious touch to your Yule log. They're perfect for playing with contrasting flavors. For example, you can make an ice cream Yule log with vanilla mousse and a raspberry insert. Add an almond biscuit base, then let your dessert set before unmoulding.

You can then quickly decorate it with one of our ready-to-use icings. Or with a velvet effect spray, which always gives a high-end finish.
