Pink Funcakes Marzipan 250g

This almond paste has an almond to sugar ratio of 80/20.

FunCakes' pink marzipan is available in two different colors: classic pink and baby pink. Whether it's for a princess birthday, a baby shower, Valentine's Day, or a wedding cake, both shades of pink will enhance your baked goods.

It is sold in 250g loaves, flexible and easy to handle. Thanks to its flexible and homogeneous texture , it spreads easily with a rolling pin without sticking or cracking, and keeps a beautiful smooth finish once placed on your cake. Its almond flavor, slightly sweet, is often more appreciated than classic sugar paste .

To cover a 25 cm diameter cake or a 20 cm square mold, you will need about 500 g of marzipan. Two loaves will therefore be needed for complete and neat coverage.

Its soft pink color is also perfect for creating decorations : flowers, ribbons, bows, hearts or characters... It can be worked by hand as well as with cookie cutters or silicone molds.
