This almond paste has an almond to sugar ratio of 80/20.

FunCakes' red marzipan guarantees a cake with an intense color. Whether it's for Valentine's Day, Christmas, a superhero theme, or a car-themed or even Mario-themed birthday, this red marzipan is guaranteed to create a wow effect.

It is sold in 250g loaves , it is easy to knead and spread with a rolling pin on your cakes, it keeps a beautiful texture without cracking, even on the most complex shapes.

Its almond flavor is very popular in cake designs as a replacement for other covering pastes. For a 25 cm diameter cake, you will need about 500 g of almond paste – two loaves will therefore be necessary for a perfect covering.

Its bright red color, obtained without azo dyes, is also perfect for modeling: roses, hearts, bows, superhero capes, mushrooms, or Christmas decorations .
