Glaçage miroir rouge brillant 350 g

Saracino's red mirror glaze gives a glossy and elegant finish to your cakes.

It's ready to use for decorating your entremets, Valentine's Day desserts , and Christmas logs , among other things. Heat it to the correct temperature using a pastry thermometer (max 35 to 40°C). Then, pour it over your completely cooled cakes or desserts, and the magic happens. The visual effect is immediate and stunning. The texture is smooth, ultra-glossy, and perfectly uniform.

After freezing for 30 minutes, the red icing will be solid and your cake ready to be decorated. All you'll need to do is perfect its final presentation by placing it on a cake board.

Instructions for use :

  • A pastry rack and a baking tray underneath can be useful for applying red icing to your cakes.
  • You will only have to wait for the mirror glaze to cool before moving or transporting your desserts.
  • This glossy, professional finish is enough to make your creations look beautiful. However, you can add some subtle decorations like chocolate or pieces of fruit to complete the look.

- Heat until the mirror glaze reaches 35/40°C, while stirring slowly.

- Pour it over a frozen/very cold dessert and store it in a blast chiller for 1 minute. Or in a freezer for 30 minutes.

- Remove it from the blast chiller or freezer and decorate.
