Royal ice cream mix 900 gr funcakes

The FunCakes mix for Royal Icing gives you a very white and firm icing that hardens completely. By adding water to this mixture, you create an ideal icing to cover and decorate your cake.

Very simple to use and perfect for saving time for the cake designer, this royal icing can be used to create decorations and to decorate and glaze biscuits, but also to cover your pastries and cakes.

This Funcakes mix produces white royal icing, but if you want to color it you can! It can be colored using gel or liquid food coloring , giving you a perfect colored icing for making themed cookies like Christmas or Easter shortbread.

Comment utiliser le mix glaçage royal Funcakes ?

- Tamisez 450 g du mélange "glaçage royal" et ajoutez 55 ml d'eau si vous souhaitez obtenir un glaçage royal avec une consistance ferme.

- Pour le colorer ajouter quelques gouttes de colorant alimentaire en gel.

Conseil : pour 200 g de glaçage royal, ajouter 1 cuillère à café d'eau pour obtenir une consistance moyenne et ajouter 2 cuillères à café d'eau pour une consistance plus fine.

Mélangez le mix et l'eau pendant environ 7-10 minutes doucement jusqu'à ce que le glaçage devienne blanc et ne brille plus. Lorsque vous pouvez étirer le gaçage royale et que celui ci ne se retracte plus le glaçage est prêt !
