Tips for using supreme mango paste

Due to the authenticity and quality of the raw materials used, a slight oily separation may appear. Remember to mix or shake well before use.

For your mousses, ice creams, parfaits and bavarois: add 100 g of mango paste to a litre of cream or milk for an intense and exotic flavour.

For your cakes : add 120g of batter for each kilo of cake batter to enhance their flavour.

You can also use it with food coloring to add color to your dessert.
