The DrOetker Tradition 1447 Wavy Log Mold is a sturdy, non-stick tool, ideal for making logs, breads, cakes, and brioches. Made of coated steel, it guarantees even baking and effortless release thanks to its non-stick black interior.

We recommend using this mold to make a chocolate log and adding our intense hazelnut praline for an explosion of flavors.

Description Moule bûche ondulée Dr Oetker 30 cm

Instructions for use:

  • Before first use, even if it is non-stick, lightly butter the inside or use a grease spray.
  • Fill no more than 2/3 full to prevent the dome from overhanging.
  • After baking, let cool for 5 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack.
  • Clean by hand with a soft sponge and dry immediately to preserve the coating.
