Instructions for use:

  • You can roll out many types of dough with it: shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, and even sugar paste.
  • Do not use a knife, scalpel or any sharp object on your silicone mat. This will damage it.
  • To ensure your meringues dry evenly, place the Silicopat mat on a pastry rack once they have come out of the oven.
