Sunny silicone mold - Pavoni

This Pavoni "Sunny" silicone mold was invented by Emmanuelle Forcone, the world champion of traditional pastry.

Original in its shape, this mold with non-slip properties will give new life to your desserts and other desserts.

To obtain this pretty satin finish: use the velvet spray, or give it a mirror effect using a mirror glaze that you can color with gel food coloring.

Dimensions: Ø 18 cm x Ht 5 cm.

Volume: 966 ml.

This mold is 100% platinum silicone, it is freezer and oven safe (from -40°C to +250°C).

Dishwasher safe.
