The Silikomart mango trompe l'oeil mould is a high-quality silicone mould. It allows you to make mango-shaped desserts.

You don't need to be a professional pastry chef to create these elegant and exotic desserts. The Silikomart mould helps you make 3D fruits that hide a delicious centre. Light mousse, soft sponge cake. It also includes a cutter for your fruit inserts. You can create flavourful and sophisticated desserts just the way you like them.

The mango mould allows you to make 6 trompe l'oeil desserts, which is ideal for individual portions.

Made from premium platinum silicone, it ensures safe baking or freezing of your desserts. It can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, making it an excellent choice for both frozen and baked desserts. Thanks to the flexible silicone moulds, your trompe-l'œil mangoes will come out easily and without any problems.

All you need to do is enhance the trompe-l'œil effect with a mirror glaze and velvet spray. To get a more professional look, we suggest using an airbrush. It will help you create the gradient more easily.

Description Silikomart Mango trompe l'oeil mould

Instructions for use:

  • Fill each cavity of the mould up to 80% to allow your cake mixture to rise without overflowing during baking.
  • Put the Mango mould in the dishwasher or clean it with warm soapy water. Its silicone makes it easy to clean and durable, even after many uses.
  • You can complete the trompe l'oeil decoration of your mangoes with a few sugar leaves. It will make them look more natural.
