Create an impressive dessert with the Silikomart lemon trompe l'oeil cake mould. Thanks to its functional design, it allows you to faithfully reproduce this citrus fruit even without being a professional pastry chef.

Unlike our other lemon trompe l'oeil mould, this one is designed for making a large 3D cake to share. You can use it to make mousse, Bavarian cream, or a frozen or baked dessert, depending on your preference. The Limone 700 mould is oven- and freezer-safe, with a temperature range of -60°C to +230°C.

Some recipe ideas to use your trompe l'oeil mould

This Silikomart mould is particularly suitable for preparing a frozen dessert. For example, you can place a lemon mousse inside, then insert a fruity insert (passion fruit or yuzu) in the middle before covering it.
