Make a delicious dessert for the holidays

This log mold is perfect for making a decadent Christmas log . For example, prepare a chocolate mousse and fill the base of the mold with it. Slide a hazelnut praline insert into the center, cover it with more mousse, and then add a sponge cake. Smooth the surface of your creation, then finish assembling your frozen log with a crunchy biscuit. Place it in the freezer, then carefully unmold it once it's completely frozen.

First, prepare a chocolate ganache and pipe it into the groove of the yule log. Then simply present your Christmas creation on a beautiful rectangular cake board or in a decorated yule log box.
