This Silikomart kit includes six oval cake moulds and a cookie cutter. It is a 3-in-1 baking accessory that allows you to prepare tart shells and sophisticated individual desserts. You can make shortcrust pastry shells with it, and also use the included cookie cutter to cut out and shape your pastries. Its shape also allows you to create irresistibly fruity cocoa pod-shaped trompe l'oeil cakes!

Made with an innovative material exclusive to Silikomart, these ring moulds are a real treat for pastry chefs. They are heat-resistant (up to 180°C) and impact-resistant. But above all, they are specially designed to maximise moisture evaporation during baking. That's why they feature micro-holes.

This makes it an ideal partner for your most elaborate pastries, such as 3D cakes. Your desserts are thus cooked evenly and retain a perfect oval shape when they come out of the oven.

A recipe is included with these 3D moulds.

Description 6 oval Silikomart tart molds with cookie cutter

Instructions for use:

  • Roll out your shortcrust (or shortbread) pastry to a uniform thickness before using the ring, to ensure a regular base.
  • Place the oval moulds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, gently press the dough inside using the back of the cutter. Note that the cutter is not oven-safe!
  • Bake your tart shells. Remove them from the oven and let them cool before filling them with mousse or other filling.
  • Clean after each use with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
